Here at Pure Butters we want you to be completely satisfied with our product you have purchased. If for any reason you are not happy with your Pure Butters purchase. please review our refund policy.
Customers can initiate a return if customer outlines acceptable reason for the refund such as the wrong product was sent with proof of purchase or the jar is broken with unopened/unbroken seal.

Acceptable Reasons for Refunds Include but are Not Limited To:
- wrong product being sent with proof of purchase
- damage in transit including photo evidence and unopened jar.
- If one of Pure Butters jar arrives broken upon arrival, a full refund or replacement jar will be given.

Opened or used products are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations
.We DO NOT offer refunds for a change of mind or simply decide the product is not right for you after purchasing.
Damaged Products
Inspection period - 1 week (Approx.)
Refund - 2 weeks (Approx.)
We will refund the product within 2 weeks commencing after 1 week inspection period. Such refund will be sent to customers original payment method (Approx.)
We will try our best to do this within the time-frame mentioned above. (Approx.)
